NIV Systems / Product direction

One company. One operating picture.

An operations platform built to connect what manufacturers make, buy, inspect, spend and decide—then help their people act with the full context.

Future-state preview. This page describes the connected NIV experience under development. Some foundational workflows are deployed, but all modules and the Memory/Assistant functions are not yet fully released or customer-verified. Feature availability is confirmed individually.

Follow one order all the way through.

A customer order should not disappear between spreadsheets, teams or software. The complete Manufacturing journey is designed to preserve the decisions and evidence attached to it.

The work belongs together.

NIV is designed as connected operational areas rather than separate dashboards. Each area owns its underlying records; shared context should make the handoffs easier to follow.

01

Manufacturing

Know what is happening on the factory floor.

Production orders, work-center capacity, actual output, downtime, scrap, rework and finished-goods traceability.

An eight-stage customer-to-finance journey is the expanded design.
02

Finance

Connect operations to financial decisions.

Budget approvals, source reconciliation, financial KPIs, forecasting, scenario comparison, sensitivity, 13-week cash planning and close.

15 initial Finance workspaces are in release verification; additional enterprise capabilities are planned.
03

Safety and EHS

Follow workplace risks to reviewed outcomes.

Hazard and incident reporting, inspections, CAPA, training, chemical safety, permits, obligations and environmental records.

25 EHS feature contracts across seven areas; most have not completed production acceptance.
04

Inventory

See which materials are usable and why.

Lots, serials, stock locations, receipts, reservations, holds, movement, valuation, replenishment and genealogy.

Inventory capabilities are delivered in independently gated increments.
05

Quality

Turn an exception into a verified resolution.

Receiving and production inspections, defects, containment, nonconformance, corrective actions, evidence and independent closure.

Quality approval and physical release must remain authorized human decisions.
06

Suppliers and Purchasing

Keep supply decisions connected to work.

Supplier qualifications, requested evidence, purchase orders, partial receiving, returns, invoice exceptions and follow-up.

Availability depends on released workflows and authorized source integrations.
07

Engineering and Work

Keep people and product changes in context.

Product records, bills of materials, approved revisions, drawings, assignments, reviews, dependencies and tasks.

Advanced Product Atlas and Change Control work remains under separate release gates.
08

NIV Intelligence

Give the operation a memory and a useful assistant.

NIV Memory retains authorized history; NIV Assistant retrieves live context and prepares tasks, reviews, messages and voice-led requests.

Persistent cross-app memory, full agent actions and voice are being built—not yet verified live.

An assistant that knows the history.

NIV Memory is intended to retain authorized company context. NIV Assistant will use that context with current records to help employees ask questions and prepare approved work—by text or voice.

Illustrative planned request · not a live demonstration
“Check Supplier ABC’s delays and assign a follow-up.”
  1. 01MemoryRetrieve permitted supplier history, earlier decisions and linked documents.
  2. 02AssistantCompare that history against authorized, current supplier and order records.
  3. 03WorkPrepare a follow-up with an owner and due date; ask for approval when required.
  4. 04Company dashboardReflect verified source changes and preserve the operational record.

Every retrieval and action must respect company isolation, access permissions, provenance and human approval gates. The persistent memory engine, full agent workflow and voice interface are not yet production-verified.

Built in verified releases.

We're developing the larger platform while validating individual capabilities. A page in the application, a passing automated test and a customer-ready release are three different milestones.

Foundations in evaluation

Organization access, operational records, selected manufacturing workflows and customer workspaces on AWS, with individually gated feature availability.

Expanded applications

Manufacturing's full guided workflow, 15 Finance tools and 25 EHS capabilities, alongside connected Inventory, Quality and supplier work.

Company intelligence

Proprietary NIV Memory, typed and voice-operated NIV Assistant, source-grounded retrieval and human-approved operational actions.

This is a product direction, not a committed six-month delivery guarantee. Features with safety, financial or compliance implications require the applicable independent review.
